Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone since you received the purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be returned as well as an item that is returned more than 30 days since received.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@cleviaskin.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
