Refund and Returns Policy

Items shipped from cleviaskin.com cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are:

  • Damaged upon receiving.
  • Wrong products are received.
  • The products being past their expiry date after they were delivered. This must be notified to Peyora Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery of the shipment.

International items can take up to one week and local UAE items will take up to 3 working days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item reaches our center, allow for up to 4 business days for us to receive and process your replacement or refund if product is unavailable. It may take 30 business days for the exchange or replacement to be processed during busy times. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

We are unable to return, exchange or offer a refund for any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.

 

How to return:

Email Support@celviaskin.com with the items you would like to return or exchange and the reason why you are doing so. Please provide us with photos of the issue if possible. You will also need to provide us with your details and your order number, Once you have received conformation that your item/s have been approved for return, please make sure your goods are packed in the same way in which you initially received them and make sure they are sealed and wrapped securely.
